Hi, I’m Molly Bell.
I grew up in Belle River, PEI, and have had the chance to travel and live in many different places since then. Those experiences have shaped the way I connect with people and understand different perspectives and ways of life.
Outside of work, I like to spend time at the beach, cooking and sharing food with others, and going to music festivals. Creativity shows up in a lot of areas of my life, from art and music to interior design. I love animals and share my home with my partner and our dogs, cats, and chickens.
Therapy has been a very meaningful and supportive part of my own life, and I feel grateful to be able to share that with others through my practice.
My Approach to Therapy
Starting therapy can be a daunting experience! I’m here to help you feel comfortable in taking this step. As my client you can expect to be prioritized, cared for, and listened to. I see myself as your ally, and want to deeply understand you and your concerns. With a warm, present, and curious approach I will support you in the process of exploring yourself, your life, and your relationships to find paths forward that feel right for you. With support, we all have the capacity to make positive changes in our lives.
In my view, healing happens through connection. I am dedicated to providing therapy that feels like a collaboration between equals; rather than a formal, medicalized experience. It is my intention to offer a space where you can feel comfortable exploring all of the parts of yourself without feeling judged.
I also want to extend a warm welcome to neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQI+ clients. If you’re interested in connecting with me, I offer a 15 minute free consultation.
Internal Family Systems
My practice is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. IFS can help you explore, understand, and heal the different "parts" of yourself to foster more inner harmony. By connecting with your core Self, you learn to lead your life with greater compassion, clarity, and confidence.

Meeting you where you are
I believe in non-judgement and creating space for you to bring your full self. There is no version of you that needs to be hidden or tidied up before stepping through the door.
Privacy and a human touch
At this time, I do not use AI tools to take notes or make treatment plans. Your sessions remain between us and are guided by a personal approach.
Connection
I care deeply about ways technology shapes our lives. Real connection with ourselves, each other, and the world is worth protecting.
We all have a role to play
I believe in mutual support and collective care. We hold each other up and that sense of belonging is something therapy can help us return to.
I am grateful to live and work on Epekwitk, the ancestral home of the Mi'kmaq people.
