Counselling Therapy for Individuals
Counselling therapy offers a supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, challenges, and life transitions at your own pace. Sessions are collaborative and guided by your individual needs, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.
I work with individuals ages 13 and up and offer sessions in person, online, or through a combination of both, depending on what works best for you. Together, we can find a rhythm and frequency of sessions that feels supportive and sustainable. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and the goal is to create an approach that works for you.

Individual Therapy

These one-on-one counselling sessions offer a supportive and collaborative space to explore challenges, emotions, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, develop coping strategies, and support meaningful change.
Sessions are available for individuals ages 13 and up, and can take place online, in person, or through a combination of both depending on your needs and preferences.
What to expect at your first session
Your first counselling session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. You will have space to talk about what has brought you to therapy, any challenges or goals that you would like support with, and ask any questions you may have about the counselling process.
There is no pressure to share everything right away. Therapy moves at your pace, and the first session is simply a starting point for understanding your needs and exploring how counselling can best support you.
What to expect at subsequent sessions
Subsequent sessions are shaped around your needs, goals, and what feels most important to you at the time. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and together we will continue exploring the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be impacting your life and well-being.
Some sessions may focus on processing difficult experiences or emotions, while others may centre on developing coping strategies, building insight, strengthening relationships, or creating meaningful change in your daily life. Therapy does not need to follow a strict structure, and we can adjust our approach as your needs evolve over time.
I aim to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and able to show up as yourself. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and together we can find a session frequency and format, whether online, in person, or a combination of both, that best supports your life and goals.
