What services do you offer?

I offer virtual and in-person therapy sessions to folks 13 and up from all backgrounds.
Do you direct bill through insurance?

Yes! I direct bill through Blue Cross and select insurance providers with Telus Health. For insurance plans that can’t direct bill, I can provide a receipt after each session that you can submit for reimbursement. Most extended health insurance benefits cover counselling. Make sure you check your plan's coverage (including which therapist designations they require) to find out your eligibility.
What can I expect in a session?

Sessions may involve exploring emotions, relationships, past experiences, patterns of thinking, or current challenges you may be facing. Depending on your needs, we may also work on developing coping strategies, building self-awareness, strengthening communication, or finding ways to navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, or other concerns.
Some sessions may feel reflective and exploratory, while others may be more practical and solution-focused. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

How much does it cost?

Session fees are $165 for a 60 minute meeting.
Can I meet you before we work together?

Yes! I offer free 15 minute consultations where you can meet me and see if we’re a good fit.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and these situations will always be approached with care and understanding.
Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. Direct billing is available through select insurance providers, including Blue Cross. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to confirm coverage or discuss payment options before your appointment.
